Week 6 is different from the other weeks. It is not about analyzing the field β it is about analyzing yourself and making decisions. The worksheet is structured around that:
- Pre-session: Reflection prompts and a values-ranking table. Do these before the live session β they are what we will work from.
- During the session: Short note-taking spaces tied to the live discussion β comparative advantage, pathway tradeoffs, and action planning. Most of the work happens in pairs, not alone.
- Post-session: A short closing reflection, including one private prompt you do not share with anyone.
Two things worth knowing before you start. First, the answer boxes are deliberately small. You do not need to fill the whole space, and you should not pad. A short, specific answer is more useful than a long, vague one.
If you only do one thing in this worksheet, do the comparative advantage exercise (Section 3) and the "what would change your mind" prompt at the end. Those are the two pieces most career workshops skip and most fellows later wish they had done.
