Help us make it happen - we’re hiring organisers.

A summit with this level of impact is built by a small, sharp team. We’re opening applications for paid, part-time organiser roles running roughly June to November - around 2-10 hours a week, ramping up towards October.

Logistics & Production Lead

Venue, catering, AV and the run of the day. You make 250 people’s summit feel effortless.

Communications & Marketing Lead

Campaigns across our socials, partner networks and pre-summit talks around the country. You fill the room with the right people.

Programme & Content Lead

Speakers, workshops and the agenda end to end. You shape what the day says - and what people do next. South Africa
